The products and services that feature on Blossom Fair are offered to you by Blossom Fair.
Blossom Fair is a registered company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is governed according to UAE law.

Blossom Fair (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) is happy to hear from all our users and address any questions, queries or complaints not already answered in this document. Just give our Customer Service Team a call at +97126339960.
By using the site, even if you are browsing and have not registered, you acknowledge that you consent and agree to and will abide by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them very carefully. As with all our other policies, these terms and conditions and any other matter connected to ordering on blossom fair are governed by U.A.E. law.

Using Blossom Fair:
By using Blossom Fair, whether or not you are a registered user, you consent, agree, and confirm the following:
You agree to indemnify us and all our directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, or demands resulting from you breaching these Terms and Conditions or misusing Blossom Fair.
You agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy, our Security Policy, our Delivery Policy, our Return Policy, our Terms of Sale, and all the Terms & Conditions in this document.
You agree that we are not liable, as far as we are legally able to be, for any losses resulting from:
– Your incorrect use or misuse of Blossom Fair
– Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
– The content, statements, or conduct of third-party individuals (including registered Blossom Fair users), organizations, whether or not they operate on Blossom Fair.
You agree that once a product is delivered by us and accepted by you, we no longer hold any liability or obligation.
You agree that we have the right to terminate your registration at Blossom Fair without providing you with a reason. This will generally only be due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or an extended period of inactivity. We will not be held responsible for the results of our termination of your account.
All users of Blossom Fair agree that they will not use Blossom Fair for their own commercial purposes unless they receive written permission from us to do this.
You agree not to reproduce any text, images, software, graphics, sound, page layouts, or designs, including trademarks, service marks, and patents that appear on Blossom Fair unless you have our written permission to do so.
You agree you will not sell or charge any service fee for access to Blossom Fair by any other person.
Blossom Fair reserves the right to withdraw any service, facility, or product range that we currently offer our customers or will offer in the future. We also reserve the right to change the prices of any items or services.
Blossom Fair reserves the right to run advertisements and promote any product or service and allow any individual or organization to promote any product or service on Blossom Fair, providing that they have our written permission.
We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party sites to which we feature links.
Users must register in order to make purchases on Blossom Fair or contribute to the community forums. By completing the registration process, you are confirming that you are 18 years old or above or using this site with the permission of your legal guardian.
It is the responsibility of users to inform us if they become aware that anyone is using your account name and password without your permission. It is your responsibility to keep your account name and password safe as you are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your username and password.

Making purchases on Blossom Fair
To the extent that it is legally possible for us to do this, we offer no warranty that Blossom Fair will:

If a price is found to exceed the price stated when you agreed to the sale, we will obtain your written consent to the revised price before charging you for the item. By contributing to our community forum, including the interactive chat room, you consent, confirm, and agree to the following:
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any information or material you post without informing or crediting you.
You will not post any comments that are defamatory to or violate the rights of any person or organization. You also consent that you will not post any comments that are unlawful or offensive to any person or group of people for any reason. In addition to this, you also agree that without our written permission, you will not make any comments intended to further the commercial interests of any individual or organization other than Blossom Fair or any of our featured brands. If we feel that a comment breaches these conditions, we will remove it without necessarily providing an explanation.
You will not transmit or post any files containing software viruses or any files which disrupt the working order of any computer or telecommunication device.
You confirm that you have the right to distribute all text and images that you post on any part of Blossom Fair.
We reserve the right to record, preserve or disclose any information posted anywhere on Blossom Fair when this is required by the law or our own good faith and judgment.

All text, images, software, graphics, sound, page layouts, and design, including trademark, service marks, and patents are protected by international copyright law and cannot be copied or reproduced without our written permission. We own or are licensed to use all material that appears anywhere on blossom fair.
Terms of Sales
Please read these Terms of Sales carefully as you must acknowledge that you accept the terms of sale before making any purchases via blossom fair.
Blossom fair (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) is committed to providing our customers with clear information regarding their sales.
By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on Blossom Fair, you are confirming that you agree with our full user Terms & Conditions. These are accessible on our site and should be read through in their entirety before you make a purchase on Blossom Fair.
We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on blossom fair is in fact available at the stated price. We will make every effort to contact our customers if they have agreed to purchase a product and it is not available at the stated price. We will NOT charge you if you do not acknowledge that you agree to continue with the purchase at the revised price if it exceeds the price displayed when you agreed to the sale.
We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on blossom fair is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock and customers will NOT be charged for these items.
We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colors or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions or the photographs of products and/or our featured product reviews. If you realize that the product does not match the stated description, photograph or reviews once receiving it, your sole remedy is to return it within 7 working days of receiving it, in an unused condition.
Customers agree to the terms of sale, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by pressing the ‘confirm’ button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send all customers an acknowledgment email detailing the products that they have ordered. This is not an acceptance of the sale on the behalf of Blossom Fair.
We will send all customers a dispatch confirmation email once their products have been shipped. This confirms that we have accepted to sell the selected items to you at the price specified at checkout unless we have subsequently notified you otherwise.
We will notify you if we do not accept sales before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our sole discretion, however, non-acceptance of the sale on behalf of Blossom Fair will usually take place for one or more of the following reasons:
The product(s) you ordered is out of stock. We will inform you of this by email. You will not be charged for any products that are out of stock. We will inform you once they come back into stock but you must place a new order if you wish to order the item(s) again.
We were unable to authorize your payment. We will inform you of this by email. Your order will be canceled, and you must place your order again if you wish to purchase the item(s) by another method.
We identify that the product you ordered was priced incorrectly or the description contained incorrect details. We will email you to inform revised details and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order.
You have breached the user Terms & Conditions. We will inform you of this and your order will be canceled, and you will not be charged for it.
We are not liable for any delays to our stated delivery times and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to process your payment.
Please check the list of countries that we deliver to in our Delivery Policy before placing an order. We may change the terms of our delivery policy at any time so please re-read every time you place an order. If you need further assistance, contact us at +97126339960.
We cannot guarantee an assigned delivery time for your items. If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will try again at a different time of day. If we still cannot reach you at home, you may have to contact your local postal depot.
We accept no liability for items once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of our shipment partners. Once orders have been dispatched, we consider the sale to have been completed and the risk of loss is passed onto you.
We accept no responsibility if your card details or Blossom Fair user name and password are used by another person because you have knowingly or unknowingly shared them outside the Blossom Fair site. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
Customers have a right to return products they have not used within 7 working days of receiving them, providing items that have incurred no wear or damage since being delivered to the customer, and products are returned in their original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of returned items we will issue customers with a replacement or store credit for the value of the item(s). In some cases, we can also issue refunds to customers. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
These conditions of sale are liable to change at any time and are effective at the time of your specific sale. Please read through the terms of sale every time you wish to place an order. As with all our Terms & Conditions, these conditions of sale are governed by the U.A.E. law.
Delivery Policy
At Blossom Fair, we’re committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. Here’s our delivery timing:
In the UAE – 2-3 working days max.
In the GCC – Delivery is 5-7 working days on average
Anywhere else outside the GCC – Average 10 working days.
We have some pre-order products across our ranges and products that we source exclusively from our international suppliers that may take a bit longer. But with these products the delivery timing will be clearly stated on the product description – so no surprises.

Privacy Policy
Blossom Fair (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) is committed to protecting the privacy of every one of our customers. We are always here to answer your questions about the privacy of the personal information you register with us and we obtain by other means and how we use and share it. How we use your information
We only use your information to carry out your order and send you specially selected emails about deals that we think will interest you. We don’t sell your information to any third-party organizations and only share it with our trusted partners who help make your experience on Blossom Fair what it is. It is our responsibility to protect your personal information from unauthorized access by third parties. The details collected from you do not include your credit card details.
How we obtain your information?
We collect a combination of personal and statistical information about everyone who uses our website whether or not you are a registered user. Please note that any credit card details collected from you will not be stored, sold, leased, rented, or shared with any third parties. This information is not even available to our staff, even if we wanted access to it. In addition, your credit card transaction is managed by trusted, certified, and legally authorized partners that ensure your credit card information is always secure during every transaction. We also store all personal details provided to us by non-registered users and use them in the same way we use the information provided to us by registered users.
Other information we might collect:
Blossom Fair and our third-party partners, for example, advertisers and content providers, may also collect statistical information about you while you use our site. Statistical information that we gather may include where a user is and on the Internet (e.g. the URL that they last came from, the computer’s IP address and the domain types like .com and .ae that the user uses), browser type, which language content is being viewed in, the country and telephone area code where the computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during the visit, the advertisements that were clicked on and any search terms that were entered on our website. We do not use this information to identify you personally and we may collect it even if you are not a registered blossom Fair user.

Why do we collect this information.
We collect this information so we can personalize your shopping experience and make sure you can easily find what you really want and need. We also use it to process your orders efficiently and accurately (i.e. we might have to call you to confirm an address), for statistical and survey purposes, to make sure you’re included when we consider making site changes and/or adding new product lines and ensure the web content advertisements appearing on your screen are specially tailored to your needs. You have the right to have your review removed at any time, in this event you should send our customer service team your request. You have the option to can submit reviews anonymously.
Blossom Fair Community:
As with product reviews, your comments and contributions to the Blossom Fair community may be used by Blossom Fair in its marketing and/or promotional material as well as that of any of our featured brands, manufacturers, or merchants. Your comments and contributions may also be used in the marketing/ promotional material of any of our partner companies with whom we work to serve customers. You have the option of contributing to the Blossom Fair community anonymously.
Information Security:
The security of your personal details is of utmost importance to us and we employ stringent security measures to make sure that your details cannot be accessed by third parties with who we do not already have a trusted relationship and agreement with. Changing your personal information on Blossom Fair:
Once you change or revise your personal information on Blossom Fair, we will only contact or refer to you by the newest information that you have provided. Because we make periodic back-ups of information, we may not be able to completely delete your former details, but we will not use them for any promotional and/or customer contact reasons.
To change or revise any of the personal information we hold about you, just contact us.
Conditions of Use:
By joining and/or using Blossom Fair, you confirm that you do not consider the stated Privacy policies a breach of your rights. Please note that our Privacy Policy is periodically updated and that users are bound by the most recent update of the policy. It is therefore the customer/user’s responsibility to continue to check our Privacy Policy for updates. By registering for a Blossom Fair account, you also confirm that you do not object to us contacting you via any of the contact details that you provided us with upon registration or after registration.
Opting Out
Blossom Fair users are given the option of registering for our newsletter and other news about special offers and deals. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive email marketing information from us please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email OR contact us and instruct us to remove your email address from our database. For us to be able to do so, please include your email address in the body of your email and write “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.” We will process your request as soon as we can. In this way, you are modifying your Blossom Fair account settings, rather than canceling your membership.
If you wish to cancel your Blossom Fair account, please send our Customer Services department an email – with the words ‘Cancel Account’ in the title. Your account will be canceled and we will delete all personal details that we have stored about you within 28 days. However, we are not responsible for contacting and/ or deleting the personal details about you that we have shared with our trusted partners.
Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt-out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add-on.

Returns Policy
How do I return an item(s)?
We are here to offer you a smooth return process for your purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped within UAE falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be processed for return. Here are very simple steps that you can follow if you want to return item(s).
1. Items may be returned via our free home pick-up service.
2. Through this service, a courier will collect your parcel containing the items you wish to exchange or return.
3. Once your return request has been received, our team will contact you to arrange the pickup of the item(s).
4. The pickup will be arranged within 3 working days for UAE. For KSA, the collection of the items(s) will take around 5 working days.
5. Kindly note that the items must be unused, must not be broken or damaged, and in their original package. Certain items are non-returnable, please refer to the product list in the clause below.
How does it work?
• Go to “My Account”
• Click on “Account Information”, then “My Returns” and choose “New Return / Exchange Request”
• Select the order (s) you want to return from the list. Only items that are eligible for return will be shown.
• Select the most appropriate return reason.
• Attach a photo of the product that describes your return reason appropriately.
• Add your comments if you want to let us know anything.
• Don’t forget to add your contact telephone number.
Non-returnable Products.
Below is the list of the items that are not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange:
Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases like batteries.
Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under their warranty period.
Santa delivery orders
Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE] *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification.
Note: If the item was purchased on sale, the refund/store credit for the returned item will be initiated for the same value paid when placing the order ONLY.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our returns policy guidelines. The refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
You will get a refund if the product(s) are returned, evaluated, and found eligible for return.
International shipped orders are not eligible for a refund *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and/or PayPal. However, this is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as store credit or back to your credit/debit card.
Note: You can choose to cancel the store credit and get a refund to your account within 30 days from the day the store credit was created, not applicable on COD orders.
All COD orders will be refunded as blossom fair store credit.

Whenever you log in or make a payment on Blossom Fair, we employ Secure Socket Layers (SSLs), which encrypt data so it cannot be easily accessed by third parties who might have unauthorized access to your computer. We never store any financial details.

Payment Security:
Whilst your payment is being authorized, look out for https// in the address line of the page you are directed to. This indicates that your data is being transferred using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection. We use industry-standard data encryption to make sure no unauthorized parties can access your payment details. We have also introduced secure code services for customers using Visa and Mastercard to shop at Blossom Fair.
Phishing and Internet Fraud:
Phishing refers to the practice of fraudulently contacting people and asking them to provide confidential information, such as bank details, home address, and date of birth. From time to time, we will contact our customers asking them to confirm personal details relevant to their order, such as shipping address or telephone number. If you are in any doubt about whether an email you have received is in fact from Blossom Fair, please contact our Customer Service Team before replying, so we can confirm that the email was in fact sent by us.
Cookies:
Cookies are small text files that your computer stores when you visit certain web pages. We use cookies to help personalize your experience at Blossom Fair and to track trends in traffic.
